Our Team

  • Mark Atkins – President

    Mark Atkins - PresidentMark is an independent search professional with over twenty years of experience.  He has recruited hundreds of individuals into Director, VP, GM, and C-suite roles within Fortune 500 companies across a range of disciplines including Sports, Media, Entertainment, Retail, Consumer Goods and Telecommunications. Prior to founding his own firm in 2010, Mark was a Partner with The Caldwell Partners International and with The Mandrake Group of Companies.

    An alumnus of The University of Western Ontario, Mark began his career in sales with Labatt, sponsorship with Lang & Associates, and customized B2B services with Steelcase Canada. He is frequently asked to share his expertise at conferences and business schools, and is also a member of the Ryerson Sport Marketing Board.  Mark stays active within his community and has two children.

  • Kirsten Annett – Associate

    Kirsten Annett - AssociateAs a search professional, Kirsten brings more than 15 years of business and search experience to the successful execution of assignments.   Her creative thinking and commitment to the search process provides clients with long-term solutions that strengthen their business and attracts candidates to opportunities that will further their career.

    After studying Psychology at York University Kirsten held progressively senior roles in a national distribution business that led to managing the expansion of the Vancouver branch. Kirsten returned to Toronto to run a niche service company before starting her career in search with The Caldwell Partners International.  Prior to joining Lighthouse Kirsten worked with the University of Toronto and a boutique search firm that specialized in insurance and financial services.
